- Write and place legal ad in Newspaper
- Write the letter to the local police chief

Garage Keeper's Lien, the process is similar but requires court preparation, court action and all demand notices to be made by either a sheriff or a constable.
Note: All vehicles can only be titled in Massachusetts. We are not responsible for any out of state transactions.
Here are some of the issues we have dealt with over the years on a regular basis:
-What if there is a lien holder involved?
-What if there is an electronic title involved?
-What if there is an Insurance company involved?
-What if you have a lease vehicle?
-What if the vehicle is still reported stolen?
-What if there is no record of a previous owner?
- What if you notified the wrong previous owner?
-What if the owner consents to the continued storage?
- What if it was a private or trespass tow?
- What if it was a drug seizure?
- What if you need to place a lien per M.G.L Ch 255, Sec 25
These are problems that occur constantly. We have the experience and knowledge to deal with anything that may arise
